The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah

This hotel was absolutely perfect, from the moment of our arrival when we were offered a complimentary welcome drink, until the moment of our departure, the Chedi al Bait was an elegantly appointed oasis of calm. The service was impeccable. Staff members were unfailingly gracious, helpful and professional. The beautifully presented food of the hotel restaurants was exquisite. We enjoyed the spa, the swimming pool, the library and the lounge. The hotel, which has an interesting on site historical museum, is adjacent to a pleasant waterfront promenade and a traditional souk in a restored heritage area, the Heart of Sharjah.

This is Sharjah's one and only 5* hotel. Located on the corniche and within the Heart of Sharjah Historical District, it's a very special hotel for a break from the busyness of Dubai (it's also 1hr away including the traffic). The staff were outstanding and nothing was ever a problem. The amenities are great and the hotel feels like a resort, could be because it's also a historically preserved building (Al Bait). I also particularly loved the free dates you have in the rooms. Very nice touch. Arabian Teahouse is also just outside the hotel.

This is such a beautiful property! Made tastefully with an authentic traditional Arabian look, but has all the modern amenities and top-class fittings & fixtures for the highest comfort. It is so peaceful and calm inside, even though you are in the heart of Sharjah. The rooms are so well designed and comfortable. Breakfast is not a buffet but the variety in selection is perfectly chosen, and, most importantly, everything is delicious! Kudos to the chef, and the restaurant staff to make you remember your dining experience forever. All the working staff- from the Valet to the cleaners- are kind and respectful to the highest degree. [Even their resident cat (Rosie) welcomed us!]. Finally- the ones who made everything special- from the front desk- Mr. Yassine, Mr. Bilol and Ms. Rejik (who took special care of all the ladies in my family)- are brilliant. Their warm welcome, patience and understanding had made our trip exceptionally special. As they said when we reached: “WELCOME HOME”, and while leaving it is a realization that it was indeed a “home”. Will be back again for sure.

Everything was excellent! Highly recommend for stay in Sharjah! Excellent customer service at the hotel and the main restaurant , one of the best what we have seen in UAE. Especially appreciating the late-check out, what was available at this day and could fully enjoyed all facilities. Luxury boutique hotel made in the traditional Emirate house style, located on the territory of the historical site. At the hotel there are a museum and library in the historical building. Outdoor area are stylish and great for winter season. Great location in the cultural district Heart of Sharjah, very close (3min walk) to the museums.

Unique hotel with best class amenities that has very peaceful and calm vibes. We travelled with our son who was just 11months at the time and special mention to the restaurant staff and chef that prepared special meals for him and was so attentive to him. The food served for all meals and in room was fresh and full of authentic flavours. My son especially loved the croissants that were always freshly baked and so soft. The hotel also accommodated our special requests regarding baby food and crib which made our stay feel like we were at home.
